• Fighters are required to pre-register no later than June 1st (No Exceptions) this will leave us just enough time to get all the brackets put together before the event. We “will not” accept any registrations that arrive after the deadline so if you are using the postal service give yourself plenty of time.
• If you won last year as a novice you "must" compete this year in the open division regardless of record.
• We built this website for a reason, it is your responsibility to monitor your division and standings. Please dont call and ask us to do this for you.
• A photo is required to complete your registration, this should be a photo of yourself from the waist up. Snapshots, action photos, or photos not of yourself will be discarded and your registration will not be accepted.
• Fighters "are" permitted to compete in more than one weight division, however this will require two separate registrations and two separate site profiles.
• Fighters age 17 have the option to compete in junior or adult divisions but not both.
• Each Gym will get one pass for the team's coach (no other passes will be given, please dont ask) a second pass will be given to gyms with 6 or more fighters.
• Each weight division will be an 8 person bracket with a 4 person minimum. Once a bracket is full you will be put on standby in case someone drops out. If a bracket does not reach the 4 person minimum requirement that weight division will be eliminated from the event and the fighters that did register will have the option of moving to a different weight division or receive a refund.
• If there is an odd number of people in a particular weight division a “By” will be given to the person in that division that registered 1st.
• Seeding is done by order of registration
• Fighters have the option of performing the Wai Kru but with a strict 2 minute time limit please…
• HEADGEAR & SHIN GUARDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL FIGHTERS
